All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Some pieces are one-of-a-kind or made-to-order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

2. Pricing

Prices listed on liberatejewellery.co.za are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. 

3. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items require full payment upfront and are non-refundable. Production times will be communicated at the time of order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our items, we do not offer returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, product designs and copy, is the intellectual property of Liberate Jewellery and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Liability

While we take great care in packaging and shipping our jewellery, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused during delivery by third-party couriers.
